The app is integrated with the condominium's access control system and provides various alerts and messages such as new visitor registration, low battery of remote control, package arrival, and the alert of plate rotation in São Paulo. The app also provides messages from the condo manager, caretaker, and doorman.
Apart from receiving alerts and messages, the app allows users to conduct inquiries and registrations. Users can check the entry and exit of visitors and generate reports of visitors, internal occurrences, and suggestions or complaints. Additionally, users can make reservations for common areas such as barbecue grills and party halls.
