iModulo Condomínio: An App to Optimize Security, Communication, and Internal Processes in Condominiums
iModulo Condomínio is a free Android app developed by iModulo Tecnologia. It is a solution designed for condominiums that want to optimize their security, communication, and internal processes. The app is integrated with the condominium's access control system and provides various alerts and messages such as new visitor registration, low battery of remote control, package arrival, and the alert of plate rotation in São Paulo. The app also provides messages from the condo manager, caretaker, and doorman.
Apart from receiving alerts and messages, the app allows users to conduct inquiries and registrations. Users can check the entry and exit of visitors and generate reports of visitors, internal occurrences, and suggestions or complaints. Additionally, users can make reservations for common areas such as barbecue grills and party halls.
With the app, users can remotely open doors and gates, and send QR codes and virtual keys to visitors. They can also view cameras for added security.
